Firstly: Exchange Policy
The customer is entitled to an exchange in the following cases:
If the customer receives a product different from the one ordered.
If the product arrives defective, damaged, or does not function properly.<\/p>

If the customer wishes to exchange the product for another product, Provided that:
The product is in its original condition.
It is unused and its packaging is unopened.
It is returned within [number of days] of the date of receipt.<\/p>

Important Notes:
The store will cover shipping costs if the exchange is due to an order error or a manufacturing defect.
The customer will be responsible for shipping costs if the exchange is due to personal preference.<\/p>

The product has a manufacturing defect or is clearly damaged upon receipt.

Fourth: Shipping and Return Policy
