Firstly: Exchange Policy
The customer is entitled to an exchange in the following cases:
If the customer receives a product different from the one ordered.
If the product arrives defective, damaged, or does not function properly.

If the customer wishes to exchange the product for another product, Provided that:
The product is in its original condition.
It is unused and its packaging is unopened.

The product received is different from what was ordered.

If the customer no longer wants the product, provided that:
The product is completely unused.
In its original condition and with all accessories.

Non-refundable exceptions:
Electrical appliances that have been installed or switched on.
Opened consumables such as adhesive tape. Plumbing materials, And others.
Specialty or custom-made products.

Third: Return Process
The customer contacts customer service and submits a return request.
The product is inspected upon receipt to ensure its condition.

After approval, Payment will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method within [number] business days.

Fourth: Shipping and Return Policy
If the reason for the return or exchange is an error on the part of the store, All shipping charges are borne by the customer.
