1. Before order processing:
The customer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been confirmed or processing has not begun.
A full refund will be issued to the same payment method within 3–7 business days.

2. After order processing before shipment
If the order is processed, The customer can request cancellation, but processing or administrative fees may be deducted where applicable.
The remaining amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

3. After the order is shipped
The order cannot be canceled once it has been sent to the shipping company.
The customer can refuse delivery. In this case, the shipping and return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Electrical Product Orders
Electrical products that have been opened or installed cannot be canceled or returned for safe use.
Cancellations are only possible if the product is unopened and in its original condition.

5. Store Cancellation of Order
The store reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
Product is out of stock.
Incorrect payment or delivery information.
Suspected fraudulent purchase.
The customer will be notified of the cancellation and will receive a full refund.
